Refund and Returns Policy

  • Thank you for shopping Terra Gra. We want you to feel good about your purchase. If you are not satisfied or have received an item with damage or defect, please let us know. We’ll do our best to make it right!
  • Eligibility:
    • Timeframe: You are eligible for a refund within 14 days of receiving your item. 
    • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging. 
    • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. 
    • Exceptions: Items that are final sale, perishable, or custom-made may not be eligible for a refund. 
  • How to Initiate a Return:
    • To start a return, please email us at terragra.returns@gmail.com
      with your order number and reason for return. 
    • We will provide you with instructions on where to send your item. 
  • Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credit:
    • If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within three business days of receiving returned item or proof of damage or defect.  
    • You may also be eligible for an exchange or store credit, depending on the item and situation. 
  • Shipping Costs:
    • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
    • Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
