Sprinkle them on just before you eat to get a pop of flavor and the unique texture. Three Flavors Heirloom (plain) use for everyday cooking on anything Applewood Smoked to add a touch of smokiness to roasted meats and vegetables. It spends two full days in our smoker. Ramp salt adds a touch of onion flavor to salads, eggs and meats. (Ramps are a wild mountain onion, native to Appalachia.)
